Sonatrach signed  on Tuesday in Algiers a hydrocarbon contract worth nearly US$4 billion on the development of the Berkine contractual perimeter (Ouargla), with the US “occidenrtal  Petroleum”, the Italian ”  Eni ” and the French ” Total Energies”, the national company said in a statement.
